Been Awhile

Oh My, its been awhile.
I didn't realize that I have not posted in so long. I have been busy, Painting my kitchen, making things for the house and just trying to take time out to relax this summer.
I am still working on the knitting. Other than scarves I have not completed anything else.
I have some beautiful yarn though I have been wanting to work with so bad.
I really enjoy the knitting, I can see why its so popular, there are so many great yarns out there to work with you just want to try them all.
I have been reading too, I just finished Brick Lane, great book, the book is much better than the movie though, I would read the book first.
So in honor of Frank McCourt, I started Teacher Man last week. This is the last book of his that I have not read. So far the book is pretty funny. I love the way he tells a story. If you have never read anything by Frank McCourt, his book Angela's Ashes is one of the best books I have ever read and I highly reccommend it. Its a book that I will read over and over.
